Principle

Work process
During beneficiation, the water is filled in the separator cavity, and the pulsating energy is transferred to the separation chamber, and then the slurry is sent from the ore feeder to the pulp chamber. The magnetic minerals and non-magnetic minerals in the separation chamber are separated under the action of magnetic force, pulsating fluid force and gravitational force field. Magnetic minerals are absorbed on the surface of magnetic medium, and non-magnetic ore particles are discharged from the lower part of the ore pulp. After the ore is finished, the water is dried and the exciting current is cut off, and then the magnetic material is rinsed out with clean water.
